From the Desk of Sheriff Joe Arpaio


(Surely this Patriot Deserves Our Support - he has been harassed by the Obama Gang for four years now. And frankly Bush's Justice department wasn't much better to him. - His heroic investigation of Obama's fake birth certificate places him in my HEROES column. 

Fellow Patriot, 

 I need your help. 

 Let me lay it out for you. I continue to be under attack by Barack Obama's federal government. 

 Two years ago, the Obama Justice Department sued me for so-called "civil rights" violations which turned out to be purely politically motivated, based on the timing of their lawsuit. Filed just months before the election, it was a blatant attempt on their part to influence my re-election as Sheriff. 

 But I won with your support. 

 Then, just two months after I was re-elected after being targeted by the media and millions of dollars in outside special interest groups, a recall campaign was launched against me. 

 But I beat them with your support. 

 Then, in the middle of the recall effort a federal judge claimed that my office engaged in racial profiling while we were enforcing illegal immigration laws. My office was following the guidelines that were laid out to us by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency. Yet, I'm the one they pin the "racial profiling" label on. 

 That same judge has now ordered a "federal monitor" to oversee the actions of my office. This is an egregious attempt by the federal government to take over my office and keep me from doing the job I was elected to do. 

 Shortly after that judge's ruling, another federal judge ruled that we can no longer detain illegal immigrants that pay a coyote, or professional smuggler, to sneak them across our borders! You see, Arizona passed a law years ago that made human smuggling a crime. Yet, in every other instance, paying someone to break the law for you means that you too are guilty of a crime. But now, a federal judge is saying local law enforcement has no power to detain these criminals. 

 Do you see a pattern here? The federal government is going out of their way to tie the hands of my office and my deputies to enforce the law - and take over the office of a constitutionally elected Sheriff! This is unacceptable and it is why we are appealing these rulings. We'll go all the way to the Supreme Court if we have to. This aggression will not stand. 

 But you know how pervasive and aggressive the federal government can be, especially under Barack Obama's Justice Department. 

 Maricopa County in Arizonahas been the gateway into the United States for illegal immigrants, human smuggling, drug-trafficking and illegal weapons for years now. But I'm the bad guy for trying to stop it?

IT JUST CANNOT HAPPEN HERE - The Classic Denial of Reality.


Michael H. Is a good man, a christian and a patriot. But he like so very many other Conservatives and Patriots cannot wrap their heads around what is happening in the world, and in the U.S. in particular.   His mentality helps explain how our Constitutional Republic was conquered so easily.  It is because people of such mentality say, "This just can't happen here." And even when THEY THEMSELVES acknowledge the mechanisms of tyranny, and admit mechanisms clearly exists, (as Michael does) can't admit they are being used to their fullest measure.

This conversation represents an object lesson in classic denial.  I admit that I purposely speak to Michael in a dismissive manner to highlight the absurdity of his conclusions.  I mean to make the conversation a permanent memory.  Michael is one of those "good christian men" who confuse meekness with civility.  When in fact, true meekness is the ability to drop ones opinion in favor of truth, no matter where truth is found or who is speaking it.  Meekness is the acceptance of truth over ego.

Also, Terry G. adds "color" adding part of the story that may or may not be true.  I for one believe it could very well be true - considering the other factors we have seen play out in the last year, especially in the last several months - that a tactical nuke was detonated off the coast of South Carolina, to keep it from being used in an Obama plot - a fake attack to give Obama reason to retaliate against Russia or to blame it one whatever convenient group of terrorist fits the "jihadi conquest agenda."  Most people don't know the difference between a tactical and a strategic nuclear device.  When you say nuke, they think strategic nuke as Michael clearly does, claiming that the explosion of a nuke would be impossible to hide.  However a tactical nuke under water could easily pass as a small earthquake.

Several articles I had written about the Military Mutiny concerning Obama's actions when he was threatening Syria with bombing around Labor Day, 2013 were scrubbed from the internet. (Every thing from August the 7th to September the 13th.)  In them I told the story of the Mutiny against Obama in the face of nuclear conflagration. It turns out I was right.  Foolishly I did not save copies of the articles, trusted to "store" them on my blog. I won't be that foolish again.
Here is a "composed draft" of one of the articles that was scrubbed, my rough composition of it, accidentally saved in WORD. Seems I nailed it in real time. This was written on September 3rd. 
"I believe that a military mutiny and Russia acting quickly is the only thing that stopped his (Obama's) Muslim Brotherhood plot. They (the MB) would have been thrilled to see the two most powerful countries with the largest population of Christians slaughtering each other. 
AUG 28 and 29, the Pentagon brass authorized massive leaks of top secret information to the Media about Obama's planned attack on Syria, trying to alert the Russians and avoid WWIII. Friday Afternoon AUG 30 as (Secretary of State) John F Kerry was giving his WAR speech, and CNN had gone into their "countdown to the bombing routine" (you know it well) the U.N. Security Council was in closed door session called that morning by (Russian President) Putin. Wherein, America (and the world) was informed that an attack on Syria would be treated as an attack on Russia Proper. Obama mulled that over on Friday evening, away from his "handlers" and Saturday morning announced that he had put the attack "on pause" to get a resolution for the attack from the U.S. Congress. He wasn't afraid of attacking Syria,(without congressional approval) he was afraid of the Military Coup HERE. He KNEW if he gave the order for the attack IT WOULD NOT HAPPEN."
THAT WAS and IS The Truth of it. However, as they say on the info-mercials, "but wait! there is more!" And there certainly was.

    I have looked at the report of the seismic activity off the coast of the Carolinas and there are some problems with the notion it was caused by a nuclear device. First, the epicenter of     the force was 15 miles below the surface. Second the level of the force is not coincidental with that of a nuclear device. And third, the signature of seismic activity caused by nuclear devices as opposed to earthquakes is vastly different. If a nuclear device were detonated 350 miles off our coast the signature of that blast would have caused both our enemies and our allies to question why. Nothing like that has happened. I wrote to Dr. Garrow and presented him with these points and he has ceased to respond after our initial conversation where in I asked him to provide a link to evidence of the seismic activity. The link was finally provided by Suzi Cherry Horowitz, one of our members. After reviewing the event on the USGS site I put my questions to Dr. Garrow. Again, that's when the conversation ended. He had given me his phone number and I will call him sometime this weekend to discuss this with him. But I am putting no stock in these reports.

    And I want to iterate something I've been saying consistently. There is a great volume of 'information' that is being circulated amongst patriots that is not patriotic in origin. The strategy of the Left and of Communists during the Soviet era was to flood the 'news' sources with all sorts of disinformation and misinformation. This is a strategy that intends to keep people fragmented.... to keep them from uniting. The only force that can defeat tyranny is the People united. And that is what we must do. There is most certainly a conspiracy of Evil that is being affected to destroy America... to destroy humanity. But the answer to it is not to be driven this way and that by all sorts of extreme thinking. The answer to it is for us, those who love peace and Liberty and Justice to stand together and present a united front that declares that we will not be subjugated by any tyrant. Unite and Fight.

    Hello Michael,
    Thank you for your interest in USGS earthquake science.

    Pretty much all of the available information for that event is there on the summary page. A few additional details can be found in the "scientific" link in the left-hand menu.

    The epicenter of the earthquake is on or near the Blake Ridge, aka the Blake-Bahama Ridge. Studies indicate that the ridge is composed of sedimentary layers. I can find no information about other structural features.

    Intraplate earthquakes like this one (meaning that they don't occur near the edge of a tectonic plate) are still poorly understood. Sometimes they can be directly related to deeply buried faults, but often not. Keep in mind that the entire tectonic plate is always adjusting to forces that are being exerted at the plate boundaries.

  • Piano Butch Robinson Michael, it is clear that a seismic event happened in the time frame of the story and in the location stated as early as 9-6-2013 in the alternative media. (snopes said the story was traced to an article in October - a false statement.) I can't attest to the truth of "that seismic event" because it is outside of my expertise. You can't deny it without using government sources, and government experts. None of whom are trustworthy at this point in time. It reminds me of Saul Alinsky's RULE 3: “Whenever possible, go outside the expertise of the enemy.” Look for ways to increase insecurity, anxiety and uncertainty.

Also the quske was a 4.5 magnitude earthquake measurement that SMF experts equate to being a 1-kiloton yield, which is equal to the power of 1,000 tons of TNT

  • Michael H Terry, the idea that the USGS is covering for the Obama Administration is preposterous. I'm sorry... but the idea that Obama has such widespread control over so many agencies is untenable. What's more.. he has no control over foreign agencies and, as I said, the seismic signature from a nuclear blast is not the same as that from an earthquake. If this incident were related to a nuclear detonation there would be international chatter about it. In addition to that the other science reported is that the epicenter was 15 miles below the surface. What's more... the military is not keeping hush about Obama and if Obama were engaged in the effort to nuke American cities and being stopped by Generals and Admirals that news would leak out. It is hard enough to even get 100 people to engage in a conspiracy.. in this scenario we're talking thousands of even tens of thousands of people being willing to go along with a coverup. 

    This kind of conspiracy thinking is unrealistic and it is a reflection of the hatred and fear that millions of people have, justifiably, over this President. Mr. Obama is a charlatan, an anti-colonialist and socialist, a liar, and a traitor to the American ideal. And there is plenty of legitimate reasons to see him deposed and tried for treason. But I am not buying into stories that lack credibility no matter how much I despise him and what he's doing to America. And as I stated to Butch, who I respect for his passion in fighting for this country, I will challenge stories like this, not out of defense for Obama... but out of my tireless devotion to the truth. We will succeed in our fight for Liberty and Justice because we are devoted to a standard that is Just and that demands integrity in reporting the truth.

  • Piano Butch Robinson Michael, you are simply ignorant, here are SOME of the powers that Obama holds under the Emergency Power of the Presidency. These represent the PUBLIC non-classified powers. Surely you know the NDAA authorized him to kill any American citizen deemed by him or "a high ranking federal official" as a threat to national security. That is the SAME power Stalin held in the old Soviet Union. 
    SUMMARY

    Just Google and read these executive orders, they are the backbone of the Emergency Power under the "War Powers Act" plus a body of executive orders by presidents from Nixon to Obama. 
    Executive Order 10995 provides for the takeover of the communications media
    Executive Order 10997 provides for the takeover of all electric, power, petroleum, gas, fuels, and minerals.
    Executive Order 10988 provides for the takeover of food resources and farms
    Executive Order 10999 provides for the takeover of all modes of transportation, control of highways, seaports, etc.
    Executive Order 11000 provides for mobilization of all civilians into work brigades under the Government supervision.
    Executive Order 11001 provides for Government takeover of all health, education and welfare functions.
    Executive Order 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.
    Executive Order 11003 provides for the Government to take over airports and aircraft
    Executive Order 11004 provides for the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.
    Executive Order 11005 provides for the Government to take over railroads, inland waterways, and public storage facilities.
    All these above Executive Orders were combined into one huge Executive Order which allows all these power seizures to take place if the President declares a national emergency. President Carter combined all these seizure authorizations into one Executive Order, #11490, and signed into "law" on July 20, 1979. 
    President Clinton issued a new Executive Order on May 14, 1998, Order #13083, entitled, "Federalism", while he was in Birmingham, England. In Sections 1 and 2, Clinton seems to adhere strictly to the Constitutional principle of Separation of Powers and of Checks and Balances. But, then, in Section 4, Clinton quietly changes the verb uses in his order so that Federal Agencies may elect to follow Constitutional mandates, or they may not elect to do so. In other words, Clinton's choice of verbs is soft and not hard, elastic and not mandatory. - If you want example of the "elastic" language - it has been the common usage since Clinton in all of Bush's and Obama's Executive Orders. The unclassified parts of all these executive orders are public. All the president has to say, is make the statement "so then, as a result of x or y I declare a state of national emergency" in a letter to the Speaker of the House. You will find that Obama has declared not only a "national emergency" but an "international declaration of a state of emergency" which gives the U.N. power to act on U.S. soil and he declared a national and international state of "economic emergency." Most of the provisions in these "EOs" have been codified into law via the Patriot act and Repeated in the various NDAAs - again the unclassified versions of these are all PUBLIC and are CHILLING - up to and including the authorization for the assassination of ANY American Citizen deemed a threat to National Security, by the President or (I swear it says this) "other high ranking government official." There is no "Emergency Power Act" per se, where all the Emergency Powers are stated for Kindergarteners to read, but the collection of the Emergency Power derived from many sources are commonly called, "Presidential Emergency Power." The largest collection is in the text of the War Power Act. Clinton's last EO, left it clear that it was a suicide pill for the Constitution - where the only power that remained to the Congress was control over spending. 

    Remember Obama saying that the "War on Terror was OVER" yet after making those statements MANY times during the campaign look what he did. Wake up man. He extended this dictatorial powers TWICE, September 2012 and September 2013.

  • Piano Butch Robinson Michael, if I seem a little terse in my dismissal of your skepticism, it is because I KNOW the facts, and know that those who refuse to read and understand the public record do so for two reasons only, (1) The Normalcy Bias - which says - this Tyranny just can't be real, after all this is America - (which is the gist of your argument) These same people cling to the illusion of the Constitution though it is in the dust bin of history. There the second type (2) Those operatives of the government actively trying to make people believe things are normal and may be solved with "voting." I'm not sure which category names you, but it is one or the other.

  • Michael H -  Butch... I'll let people in general decide whether or not I am ignorant. And when you use words like that you're doing nothing for your effort and frankly it demonstrates a sort of arrogance that you should be ashamed of. But I'll deal with the fact and with your approach the right way. You are doing what I suggested.. you're taking facts.. mixing them with hyperbole... and drawing extreme conclusions. And those conclusions are completely unnecessary to the argument that Obama is a bad President and a traitor. You presume, because I don't arrive at the same hyperbolic conclusions that you do, that I am ignorant of facts or that my conclusions are something they are not. There is no normalcy bias with me Butch... I am no fool and I've been around long enough and engaged long enough to understand the difference between what is real and what is not. I am fully aware of the long chain of executive orders and I am fully aware of the nature and execution of the Patriot act. I just don't draw the same black and white conclusions you do or ascribe the use of these acts and orders to the kind of extreme conspiracies that many people are wont to do. I do not support the Patriot act but I'll remind you that just following the attacks on 9/11 the majority of Americans did. Creating laws like that, driven by emotion and anger as they were, is foolish policy. Not because they weren't perhaps well intentioned but because they then become the useful tools of oppression by those who are not well-intentioned. And in the fact that the violate the basic premises of Liberty and Justice in our Constitution they are flatly wrong.

    And I want to clarify something about my perspective so that perhaps you'll begin to understand me better. Mr. Obama is not the root of all evil... he is the tool of all evil. He is, like so many men have been in history, the willing tool of a conspiracy being affected that is not of this world. He is a willing dupe. And he is a willing dupe on two levels... one on the level I just referred to, but also on the level of those puppet masters that put him in power... that drove his campaign... that obscured his history.. and that are now giving him directions on a continual basis. He's a front man... driven by his own ideology... and a patsy. But I'll go another step and explain the truth is that even those who are driving him and pulling his strings do not know the larger conspiracy they are a part of. They, in their minds.. are affecting a plan that is for the good of all mankind. But they are dead wrong. I want to emphasize that the conclusions that you and many are drawing is because you see and sense the larger conspiracy but you make the mistake of ascribing it to men. And again, it is not that they are not executing their own 'conspiratorial' strategies.... they simply do not see the full picture or understand what they are party to. It is never-the-less a mistake to imagine that they are driving the whole game... they are not. The powers that are driving the whole game are far beyond their comprehension. And again, to imagine the sorts of scenarios you are imagining are a stretch of the imagination that is not plausible. If those Military leaders did, as you suggest, take such extreme action to stop him from killing Americans and affecting his grand plan, they would have then taken the action to stop him permanently and expose him as a traitor and a potential mass murderer. This is not Mao's China... this is not Stalin's USSR... And there is no capability for such extreme action to be affected by this President without exposing himself to those who are, in fact, loyal to our Constitution and to our American ideals. And that presumption is, as I've made clear, driven by hatred and fear that is indeed justified.. but for very different reasons.

    And brother... until you know me better and understand the full scope of my perception and my understanding... you'd do well to not assume things about me or draw rash conclusions. I forgive you for your insults and your condescension but you need to check yourself, you are going to make yourself mad with your willingness to surrender higher reason. You are typically trying to put things in a box... and now you're trying to put me in a box. And if you like... I'll let you get on the phone with my wife and she'll tell you what kind of man I am and whether or not I fit into either of your two very narrow categories. But again, my friend, your point of view is arrogant, condescending, un-Christian, and weak.

    Terry, if you go and look at the spectrum of quakes that are happening across the sea bed all over the world you'll begin to see that earthquakes happen virtually everywhere and with some extreme frequency. Some are in areas where they'd typically be expected... others are not. Our comprehension of the matter is still quite limited despite our high level of ability to detect and monitor. This is why I take the time to write to people... usually a number of people... and get a variant of perspectives in the effort to discern the truth. Human beings are fallible and they have differing levels of intelligence and perception. And since that is true we have to try our best to perceive the truth from many sources. That is still not perfect... but ultimately it will serve better than drawing rapid and simple conclusions from limited information. I have written also to the European/Mediterranean Seismic Research foundation and when I hear back from them I will try to post it here.

    With regard to your perception that such great conspiracies are substantial... such as 9/11 being perpetrated by anyone other than Al Qaida.... I will point you to what I told Butch. The ability to pull of such conspiracies on a Global scale under the directive of men... in some sort of 'star chamber' is implausible. The answer to the perception lies in what I said... there is a Global conspiracy... it is simply not under the direction of anyone on this Globe.

Get a list of those commanders that have been dismissed by Obama and contact them and see if you can get personal statements from a number of them as to their perception about why they were let go. That could be very useful in determining if there is indeed some larger issue afoot there. There are over 300 now... If you can get 50 of them to state plainly that they think Obama is up to no good and that the firings were illegitimate we have people in our group who are journalists for National News outlets and I'm sure they would love to run with such a story. That would be an extremely beneficial use of your time.

Your characterization of my conclusions as hyperbolic is equally a LIE. That is also either LIE or IGNORANCE, since you still think that VOTING has any power against this. It is also LIE in fact, since a great portion of the Patriot Act, NDAA and the like are Classified as have been many of the actions of the same. 

    You make the mistake that many make trying to separate the Constitution killing Emergency Powers, created years before 9/11 from the Patriot Act, - and make 9/11 the "reason for the legislation" which you have concluded was passed "emotionally" etc. Pure foolishness. The Patriot Act, as are the yearly NDAAs mere administrative tools of the Emergency Powers. Placing decisions in the hands of bureaucrats, to keep EACH, extra or better NON- Constitutional action from requiring an individual Presidential executive order. That so-called Patriot Act, was an after thought and has no more to do with 9/11 and national security than does the "Affordable Care Act" have to do with the rights of people to seek a doctor. The Patriot Act wasn't created by emotion and anger, it was a calculated administrative directive implementing the Emergency Powers. At least your following sentence is true about this body of laws, "And in the fact that the(y) violate the basic premises of Liberty and Justice in our Constitution they are flatly wrong." Yes they are flatly wrong, but THE LAW OF THE LAND. Where your reasoning leaves you, is the idea that these laws destroying constitutional governance were "passed" but apparently not really used. 

    Your next statements about Obama being the dupe of evil and the front man for a greater conspiracy is of course correct and should be self-evident to any observer of history. And how would you propose that they do this while trying to preserve their own lives and protect their families. They were in a position to countermand his orders, they were not in a position to control the media. Obama came to power IMMEDIATELY attacking the foundation of Free Enterprise, by fiat changing bankruptcy laws to rob stockholders, to put money in the hands of marxist unions. These people learned something from the experiments of the Soviet Union and China, so that this revolution Obama and gang have accomplished isn't a purely Marxist revolution, it is Marxist/Crony Capitalism, so that the HUGE winners have been the large "connected" Corporation - and he has pumped TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS to them. It is also a fact that this revolution is not strictly "an American Revolution". It is rather and internationalist revolution where ALL wealth has been transferred to the internationalist corporations sinking ALL OF WESTERN CIVILIZATION(Every Western Government) into massive and subservient DEBT. (Fulfilling Huxley's prediction of free people being reduced to servitude.)

I know this, I'm friends with the owner of one of the most prestigious engineer firms in the country, a company that has build thousands of high-rises, hundreds of sky-scrapers, major airports, and even the present U.S. Capital Congressional Chambers, and HE told me that the Twin Towers were by ALL EVIDENCE a controlled implosion.   • Piano Butch Robinson The ONLY reason Obama has not been more aggressive with a larger number of people in the U.S., (and it has nothing to do with your "we are covered in the constitution" mythology) is that the U.S. citizenry is the most well armed militia in the world. There are 270 million working firearms in a population of 320 million people. That mean that there is a fire arm for 85 percent of the population. More than one gun for every person able to battle. The military may have massive destructive weapons, but they are not trust worthy to slaughter massive numbers of Americans, and this militia dwarf ALL law enforcement combined. So the FIRST massive dictatorial action Obama and/or Gang must complete is to systematically confiscate the American Militia's weapons.
